Here’s how to submit a site to Bing:

1. Sign in to Bing Webmaster Tools. 
2. Select the website you want to rank.
3. From menu, choose Configure My Site 
4. Submit URLs.
5. Type or paste in the URLs you want to submit for indexing from the website, press enter for next URL.
6. Click Submit.
